The nanoREV LTSTM, a non-optical microscope, operates from 80K to 330K with an automated hoisting mechanism and a rotary LTSTM scan-head, scanning an electrical probe tip over a sample's surface to provide atomic resolution across a large scan area of 1.7μm × 1.7μm (at 80K).
