Celebrating Childhood: A Joyous Children’s Day at IIT Palakkad 

Balyam Vihar, the creche at IIT Palakkad, celebrated Children’s Day with fun, laughter, and encouragement as the little ones captivated everyone with their performances. The event was attended by the Registrar, Dr. B.V. Ramesh, along with parents, grandparents, and committee members. The efforts of the creche caretakers paid off as the children recited poems and sang songs for the audience. The enthusiasm of the parents was evident throughout, as some of them performed, dressed up their kids for a fancy dress segment, and participated in a special family walk. The introduction segment and the game of musical chairs brought energy to the room, making everyone feel like part of the IIT family. All the children were thrilled to perform and received a special photo gift as a memento of their first family event. It was truly a day to celebrate the innocence, talents, and potential of every child at Balyam Vihar.
